At rest, you can move it easily with your finger and it will stay wherever you put it. As soon as any rotation of the input happens even by hand, it goes back to zero and stays there. Could fit triumph, Norton, As, matchless, royal infield OT other British bikes as well.

So i'm just going to not worry about problems until one occurs. Note that the back of the case is pushed in a little. Cosmetic condition is plainly shown in the pictures. There are two nuts and one lock washer for the mounting studs, which I forgot to put back on before taking the pics.

The works are not frozen locked. The majority of us. The trumpeter does not reset, either with the shaft in or pulled out.

Bezel screws on and off properly. Trumpeter knob is wobbly on the shaft held on by a tiny cotter pin.

Input turns freely and both odometers register I ran it about 2 miles with a drill, but the needle doesn't budge.
