The ignition switch is locked and there no key. Removed from a 1997 Softail Fanboy. It is still readable and functional. Speedo Dash are in excellent usable condition with signs of wear consistent normal use and age.

The digital display shows very minor signs of leaking which is typical for this bracket years.
