Very cool 1946 original Harley-Davidson speedometer, stamped sw Stewart Warner made speedometers for Harley Davidson. It shows some pitting oxidation around the edge of face and a couple very small scratches on itself. The plastic edging along bottom edge of can shows some cracking. The red tenths numbers on trip meter have faded as well needle.

Untested, it will most likely need to be serviced and re calibrated, no guarantee of working condition currently. The can is marked with 25 on back, and also shows some rusting well earned patina, see photos it has been used for 65,733 miles, as shown mileage.
