Comes with the mounting brackets as seen. This came off my 1987 Xr 250r if I remember correctly, had more than a few Xr's so I think that was the one, though might of been a later one. I lost the knob for adjusting the on off trip meter but turned it so you can see it worked from 4 miles to miles. Speedo will work with any 21 front wheel.
