48 states only. Don't have the bike any more, chrome bezel like new, no big scratches i'd say none at all but they come new with some very light ones, you can't feel them and to look hard see, dents or bruises. Google the part number and many sites show years it fits.

Has a tiny piece of lint on inside glass, hardly noticeable, glass not scratched. Excellent condition working pull from 2002 V92TC touring cruiser deluxe with 24,308 miles, have been told by the dealer it will work on and v92 bikes hooked up to test, worked fine removed. Best one i've found.

In 2002 Victory changed the units, they look like but are different inside, earlier ones won't work properly on v92 bikes. Bought it as a spare these are getting hard to find and not available new anymore.
